Corporate Secretary
In accordance with Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies, and based on the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Company No. 027/DPI-004/U/III/2025 dated March 7, 2025, the Company appointed Syaifuddin as the Company's Interim Corporate Secretary. The Corporate Secretary's term of office begins on the date of appointment to the termination date based on the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Syaifuddin, an Indonesian citizen, was born in 1967. He received his Bachelor's degree in 2006 from STMIK Jayakarta with a major in Computer Science, Information Management Systems Study Program, and also pursued a Master's degree in Economics at Trisakti University, with a concentration in Financial Management and Capital Markets, from 2009 to 2011.
He began his career as a Dealer at PT Jasa Mulia Forexindo, Jakarta (1996–2020), with his last position being Director of Operations. Joined PT Teknologi Finansial Berjangka, Jakarta (2020–2022) as President Commissioner and served as Compliance Director at PT. Orbi Trade Berjangka, Jakarta (2022–2024). Joined the Company as Corporate Secretary in December 2024. Additionally, he has completed Corporate Secretary training and obtained a training certificate from Lembaga Pendidikan Gemilang Abadi Semesta, as well as participated in training at the Commodity Futures Trading Professional Certification Institute and successfully achieved the Competent status to become a Futures Broker Representative, having previously obtained the relevant certificate.
The Corporate Secretary provides information about the Company to regulators, authorities, investors/shareholders, and the public, as well as information regarding regulations related to the Board of Directors. The Corporate Secretary also provides information regarding the Company's condition, regulations, and recommendations to the Board of Directors in an effort to comply with capital market regulations.
Several duties and responsibilities:
- Monitoring developments in the capital market, particularly laws and regulations applicable to the capital market.
- Providing input to the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners to comply with laws and regulations in the capital market sector.
- Assisting the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners in implementing corporate governance, which includes:
- Disclosure of information to the public, including the availability of information on the company's website;
- Submitting reports to the OJK in a timely manner;
- Organizing and documenting general meetings of shareholders;
- Organizing and documenting meetings of the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners; and
- Implementing orientation programs on the company for newly appointed members of the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners.
- As a liaison between Issuers or Public Companies, the OJK and the public.
