Based on the Company's Statement dated March 7, 2025, that: (i) Zhu Rujun is the ultimate beneficial owner of the Company as stipulated in Article 1 paragraph 2 of Presidential Regulation No. 13 of 2018, and the fulfillment of the Company's Beneficial Owner reporting obligations to the Minister of Law and Human Rights as stipulated in Article 18 of Presidential Regulation No. 13 of 2018 in conjunction with Article 4 paragraph (1) of Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation No. 15 of 2019; (ii) Zhu Rujun as the party exercising control over the Company.
