PT Dupoin Futures Indonesia is regulated and supervised by Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (BAPPEBTI) with License Number 423/BAPPEBTI/SI/VII/2004, with Approval for Change of Address No. 005/BAPPEBTI/SP-PA/09/2026.

BAPPEBTI (Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi) is a government institution that is under the auspices of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia and is tasked with carrying out guidance, regulation, development, and supervision of futures trading activities and physical markets.

Bank Indonesia (BI) is the central bank of Indonesia, mandated with one overarching goal, namely to create and maintain rupiah stability. Towards that goal, Bank Indonesia is tasked with managing the Monetary sector, Payment System and Financial System Stability

PT Dupoin Futures Indonesia is a futures brokerage company with a Membership Number: SPAB-064/BBJ/04/04.

PT Bursa Berjangka Jakarta (BBJ) is the first commodity futures exchange in Indonesia which is tasked with providing facilities for members to carry out futures contract transactions. BBJ was established on August 19, 1999, in Jakarta by 29 companies in the form of Limited Liability Company (PT) in accordance with Government Regulation No. 9/99, and has started its initial trade since December 15, 2000.

PT Dupoin Futures Indonesia is also a member of Kliring Berjangka Indonesia with Number: 26/AK-KBI/IX/2004 changed to 05/AK-KBI/PN/V/2024.

Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (KBI) is a Government-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) company that functions as a Clearing and Guarantee Institution based on the decision of BAPPEBTI number No. 128/BAPPEBTI/IX/2001. All settlement of futures contract transactions registered by clearing members are carried out by KBI.

PT Dupoin Futures Indonesia is a member of Asosiasi Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi Indonesia with Number: 0013/ASPEBTINDO/ANG-B/2/2015 changed to 0013/ASPEBTINDO/ANG-B/05/2024.

Asosiasi Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi Indonesia (ASPEBTINDO) established based on Law No. 10 of 2011 concerning Amendments to Law No. 32 of 1997 concerning commodity Futures Trading and its implementation regulations, namely and BAPPEBTI Head Regulation No. 111/BAPPEBTI/PER/01/2014

PT Dupoin Futures Indonesia became a member of the Indonesian Fintech Association (AFTECH) on May 7, 2026, with membership number 176/REG/AFT/SU. This membership marks a step by Dupoin to expand collaboration and strengthen connections within Indonesia’s digital financial technology ecosystem.

AFTECH is a fintech association in Indonesia that brings together various companies and institutions from the financial technology sector, such as digital payment providers, banks, payment gateways, technology partners, and financial institutions.
