When do I need to activate the rewards?
Rewards must be activated within 30 days of registration or login back. Eligibility for this promotion will expire after the 30-day activation period.
How do I unlock the Welcome Reward?
To unlock the rewards, you must complete trading tasks by trading specific instruments. Each qualified trade will unlock a portion of the reward. Once you've unlocked the amount, you can claim it to your Rewards Balance.
What if I don’t claim my rewards in time?
Rewards must be unlocked and claimed within 30 days from the date of participation. Failure to do so will result in the rewards expiring and being permanently forfeited.
Terms & Conditions
General
These Terms & Conditions ("Conditions") govern the Welcome Reward promotion hosted by Dupoin Futures. By participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Conditions.
Dupoin Futures reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the promotion at its discretion, in accordance with applicable laws, with or without prior notice.
Undefined terms herein shall have the meanings assigned in Dupoin Futures’s Product Sheet and/or Client Agreement, which apply in conjunction with these Conditions.
Eligibility
This promotion is open to eligible clients only.
The following user types are considered eligible:
New users who successfully registered during the promotional period and have not yet completed their first deposit (FTD).
Existing registered clients who have not yet made a first-time deposit (FTD), or whose FTD amount is below $200.
Each client is eligible to participate in this promotion only once, based on their unique identity verification.
Reward Rules
For eligible new users who register during the promotion period and have not yet completed their first-time deposit (FTD), the 30-day reward activation window will begin from the date of successful registration.
For existing users without FTD or FTD amount less than $200, the activation window begins upon their first login to the App or Web Portal during the promotion period. (Validity period is subject to the promotion page.)
To unlock the rewards, users must complete the required trading volume in the specified instruments within the promotion period.
To continue unlocking rewards, complete the minimum required deposit within 2 days of successful participation. Unlocked rewards will only count after all tasks listed on the promotion landing page are completed.
Only trades held for a minimum of 180 seconds are considered eligible.
Once a reward has been unlocked, users can claim it to their Rewards Balance.
Unlocked rewards must be claimed within the 30-days valid period; otherwise, they will expire.
Legal
All trading activities and decisions are made independently by the client. Dupoin Futures is not responsible for any trading losses incurred under this promotion.
Any disputes or unaddressed situations will be resolved by Dupoin Futures’s management in accordance with its internal dispute resolution policies.
Dupoin Futures reserves the right to disqualify participants and revoke rewards in cases of: • Suspected abuse or exploitation of the promotion; • Breach of the Product Sheet, Client Agreement, or other related documents.
Dupoin Futures also reserves the right to cancel, reverse, or reject transactions related to the promotion in the event of suspected misconduct.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Rewards can only be claimed once per user. Clients who have previously received this reward and later closed or canceled their trading accounts are not eligible to re-register for the promotion.
Dupoin Futures reserves the final right to deny the issuance of rewards to users who have previously participated in this promotion.
